Information
This is a cosy and stylish apartment in a unique location with astonishing views of the Seaside and the historic city centre and port. Moreover, you will be 10 metres distance from the beach without any steps between your bed and the Mediterranean Sea. The owners refurbished this property with the intention of living in it: this is why you will find high quality materials, design furniture and technology. Strict cleaning procedures are implemented.
This is an exclusive and bright apartment of 120 m2 with a privileged location just on the seaside in the Paseo Ciudad de Melilla. Like being on a cruise, it is possible to see the Sea from the living room and from the study room even while working at the computer. From the main bedroom there are astonishing views over the Docks, Castle and Cathedral.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a very spacious living / dining room and a great drawing room / studio with sliding doors. The flat is fully equipped with capacity for 5 people to live very comfortably in it.
The apartment stands out due to its style and quality materials. The furniture is modern and stylish and the floor combines parquet and marble. There are 2 TV sets, one in the living room and 1 in the main bedroom and also sound system, air conditioning and heating in all spaces. Everything is designed in order to ensure the best possible stay for our guests and make it an unforgettable experience.
There is a sliding door between the living room and study so you can divide the space in 2 different working areas with fast internet connection. The living room has a large dining table which can sit 6-8 guests and the study has a desk and small dining table for 2 people. Both working spaces enjoy outstanding Sea Views.
The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed is spacious and comfortable. It has a desk or dressing table, a living area with sofa and outstanding views over the historic centre and port. The Second (2 guests) and Third Bedrooms (1 guest) are smaller but cosy and well decorated, there are individual beds of 180 by 80cms.
The number of bedrooms (3) and beds (5) that will be available to our guests will be adapted as needed (from 1 to 5 guests). The apartment price will vary depending on the number of guests booking. Please note that not needed bedrooms will remain closed.
Regardless of the number of guests (1-5), all common areas will be available: hall, living-dining room, study room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and master bedroom. The use of the second and third bedrooms will be restricted to the number of guests logged in. This makes only a 10-20% reduction of the property’s full size.
There is no additional cost for babies from 0 to 2 years old. There is a cot, a highchair and sofa mattress available for babies. If parents require a separate bedroom for the baby on its own (different to the master bedroom or common spaces) there will be the option of paying an extra charge to access another bedroom.
- Guests will have access to all common areas within the building.
- There are 2 lifts and a forklift/lift truck on the left hand side as you enter the building. Please always use the latter when you go or come back from the beach.
- The rules of the building suggest that it is inappropriate to leave or enter the building wearing bathing suits only.
Guests staying longer than a week may book extra cleaning sessions. An extra fee would apply and include fresh bedding, towels and kitchen clothes change. Booking this service is highly recommended.
