We are a small company, a family business that provides advice for land plots and properties for short term rentals purchases addressed to holiday bookings. We also provide refurbishment, decoration and management tailored to each land owner’s possibilities and needs.
Based on our experience with our own family patrimony, we were often approached by friends and guests, about investments in Malaga’s touristic sector. In such a way, we gradually and organically became a reference offering our services to new clients.

I am highly motivated about my business of short lettings in Malaga. After many years of training and academic studies in Italy, Spain and UK, and a 10 year professional experience as a violinist and entrepreneur in the world of music and business in London, I am finally settled in Spain. Malaga is an outstanding city to spend your leisure and family time and to me it means the begging of a new and exciting chapter in my life.
My professional day to day duties in the estate business, include eclectic activities such as speaking various languages at native level to understand culturally and suggest different leisure and enjoyment activities in Andalusia to designing marketing strategies, rentability, accounting and to stay updated about legislation and property local market.
Various employees help me run all apartment logistics and in order to provide assessment, design and management at the highest level, I count on different experts that I can trust. I keep updated and continuously research information to get the most out of each project on a short, medium and long run.

Architect and entrepreneur
As an architect, Alejandro is an expert on both design and the construction stage of new buildings large projects with different nature and functionality. In his spare time he has remodeled and renovated a number of properties and has good taste and experience as interior designer. His professional experience includes working in various enterprises in United Arab Emirates and Spain.
Apart from his current job at HCP, an architecture, engineering and urban planning large company, Alejandro owns different short let holiday properties that have an excellent profit, keeps his knowledge updated about local estate market and provides a wide and complete vision and effective performance of business projects about real estate investment in Malaga.

Since September 2019, Lola has been entrusted with the cleaning of our flats, carrying out her duties with great endeavor. She is a dedicated and efficient professional with prior experience in clothing retail and early childhood education. Her ability to adapt to various situations and her attention to detail are remarkable. Lola’s positive attitude and cheerful demeanor significantly enhance our daily operations, creating a more pleasant and productive work environment.
