About this space

If you want to enjoy the historic center and be able to go to the beach at the same time, this is your apartment. It is unique for its authenticity with its typical Andalusian character at the same time as modern and newly renovated. It’s great for a couple or two friends. You can walk to all the most emblematic places of the city (museums, markets, restaurants, beach) and yet being on a secondary street enjoys tranquility and silence. Equipped kitchen. Strict cleaning protocol.

Cozy living-dining room with open kitchen and a typical Andalusian balcony, with two large windows that allow for cross ventilation and flood the apartment with light. The high ceilings characteristic of the traditional constructions, provide the space with great spaciousness. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and the kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc.

The typical building of the historic center has 3 floors and several apartments per floor. The portal and stairs are community areas. Neighbors are nice and friendly people.

If guests stay longer than a week, upon request, a cleaning will be carried out with a change of sheets and towels with an additional cost of 25 euros.

 

The apartment has an unbeatable place to enjoy local events:

  • Fiesta de San Juan, every 23rd of June there are fireworks from La Farola, 10 minutes away.
  • Holy Week in April, throughout the historic center. Just under the balcony, pass the Throne of the ‘Paloma’.
  • Fair in August initial and final fireworks normally on opening Friday and closing Sunday from La Farola, 10 minutes. In addition, the day fair is also held in the historic center from 12:00 in the morning. There are also celebrations at the fairgrounds starting at 14:00 for which you can catch a bus on the Park Walk.
  • Christmas Market Malaga Park, from November 30 to January 6 from 11:00 to 20:00 hours, on the Paseo del Parque.
  • Weekly Craft Market “El Soco de Muelle Uno”, every Sunday 12:00 to 19:00 in Muelle Uno, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
