This exclusive and bright apartment of 96m2, is located in a quiet area near Echeverría, close to restaurants, shops, and the beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo. Free from the hustle and bustle of commercial activity, it is perfect for a relaxing stay. Recently renovated and fully equipped, it offers comfort for remote work or enjoying time with family and friends. Additionally, we maintain a strict cleaning and disinfection service between reservations to ensure a comfortable stay.
Very spacious and comfortable three-bedroom apartment, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with terrace and one bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 guests, ensuring maximum comfort.
The apartment boasts a recent renovation and an elegant, modern style. It includes a TV in the living room and there is a high-speed internet connection and a large dining table. You need to walk up 3 floors of stairs without lift from the building entrance to arrive to the apartment even though it is marked as a forth floor.
All 3 bedrooms and bathroom are located in the second half of the apartment. The master bedroom has a 150x190cm bed, offering plenty of space and comfort. The second bedroom accommodates two guests, with the option to join the single beds into a 180x190cm king size bed. The third bedroom, smaller but cozy and well-decorated, features a 90x190cm single bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with external shutters and internal shutters or curtains.
The number of bedrooms (3) and beds (4) available will be adapted based on the number of guests and their relationships (1 to 5 guests). The price of the apartment varies depending on the number of guests. Unneeded bedrooms will remain closed.
Regardless of whether 1 or 5 guests are staying, all common areas will be fully accessible: the hallway or entrance, the living-kitchen-dining area, the laundry room, the bathroom, and the master bedroom. Only the use of the second and third bedrooms will be restricted, depending on the specific needs established at check-in, based on the number of guests. This restriction only affects about 10-20% of the total apartment space.
There is no additional charge for babies aged 0 to 2 years. We provide a crib with mattress, linen and covers and a high chair for babies.
