Enjoy Malaga in this perfect location, 8 minutes walk from the city centre, in an authentic neighbourhood, full of small shops, restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The space is thought for couples and individual travellers. The flat is newly renovated and has spacious common areas. There are many services around the accommodation. The room has Wi-Fi, desk and TV with Chromecast. The flat is located on the third floor of the building, which is easily accessible by lift.

The room is bright, air-conditioned, has a wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk for working or writing. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat.

The common areas have a kitchen, a spacious living room and two bathrooms, all recently renovated.

The kitchen is somewhat separated from the bedrooms, allowing for a better coexistence of the guests.

The other neighbours in the building are friendly and quiet people.

The flat has a total of 3 rooms double rooms which are rented separately.

Guests have the use of the room with individual key and also have shared use of the bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

The bathrooms are newly renovated, and we provide shampoo and shower gel for the guests. There is also a hairdryer.
